I am sure that everyone has a space or place that they go to help with their mental health and wellbeing. When life gets on top of me and I want to run away and hide, I always go to one place, the place that helps me.

The place is a big country park with so much greenery, a lake and lots of open spaces away from the hustle and bustle! I just go there and forget about my shadow and battle. I forget about what is troubling me and making me anxious or keeping me awake at night.

The Place That Helps My Mental Health. The place that helps me is a big country park with so much greenery, a lake, and lots of open spaces. I just go there and forget about my shadow and battle.

So I will take a bottle of water, music, and go to my place of calm and drink in the sheer beauty that God created. This is an incredible place to sit and gather my thoughts and get myself back to a place where I can feel good again.

The place that helps me feel good

Feeling good is important to someone like me who will have to battle depression all their life. This is because there a few moments when I feel good, so going to my place of calm will always be vital for my mental health and wellbeing.

My advice is to make sure that if you are suffering with mental ill-health, then have a special space or a place where you can escape and feel good if only for a moment. You don’t have to be with someone. I always go on my own, because I give so much, because that is who I am, so this is my time, my space, my moment to enjoy life.

I would love to know other people’s places of calm and where they go to get away from whatever life throws at us.
