I’ve had some requests on wanting to learn more about some natural options for help with anxiety and depression. So, I spent some time doing a little research on different ways to ease anxiety and depression symptoms naturally. I wanted to find some solutions that would help with symptoms, but in a healthy way.

While gathering all my knowledge, I came up with four different categories of ideas. These can be used together or individually, depending on what your symptoms are, and how you’re feeling in the moment. Use them independently, or as a supplement to your current treatment.

Some of these you can work into your daily or weekly routine, and others you can try for when your symptoms flare up and you need an extra lift.

All of these are easy and practical ideas that anyone can try.

Is there anything you do regularly to help with your symptoms? I’d love to have more ideas to add to my list, so please feel free to share! Or if you’ve tried some of these on the list, let me know which ones worked for you.

I’m not going to go over everything in each category, most are pretty self explanatory. Each category is broken down separately, with a list of ideas for each one. I thought this would be the best and easiest way to break everything down.
