It can be incredibly difficult to adequately describe how it feels to have a mental illness. The use of art can be a fantastic tool to help convey those feelings and offer support for those who are fighting their own inner battles.

UK based artist, and self proclaimed doodler, Sozzij (which I like to believe is pronounced like a drunk person saying sausage), manages to combine how it is to suffer from mental illness but with a healthy streak of humour.
