Your goal is to get better, period. Don’t bother arguing with friends or relatives who give you a difficult time. It’s your life – you’re the one suffering.
Be understanding and patient with the person struggling with their fears. Dealing with depression and anxiety is difficult, so do not add more problems.
I intend to keep fighting. For my own mental health yes, but for others too. I want there to be a day when people don’t call me brave for sharing my story.
I was sitting last night absolutely hating myself. That voice was back, telling me how I’m such a horrible person and people would be better off without me.
