I give out advise the best I can but don’t heed my own words. I wouldn’t think any less of someone else doing what I have done. So, why do I find it so hard
If we all talk about mental health, it normalises it, which helps with acceptance for those suffering & too scared to seek help, which also mean less stigma
Throughout my high school experience I was bullied emotionally and sometimes physically. I hate that I have these mind problems, but it’s ok not to be ok.

Forgiveness has become rather sanctimonious, hasn’t it? There’s an air of smug superiority with which it’s presented. I forgive therefore I am good! I disagree.
