During school, I was bullied daily for years on end. The school said I was the problem. I couldn’t cope with the violence and name-calling.
I suffer with Borderline Personality Disorder, anxiety, and depression. It annoys me when people say they’re ‘depressed’ because they’re having a bad day!
Perhaps you can’t remember a single good thing about yourself or imagine that it’s going to get better. But take a break. You deserve it.
