Bipolar Poem

Bipolar Poem. Bipolar Poem: She's lying in her bed / Still breathing but she's wishing she was dead / She's dancing round the place / The biggest smile across her face...

She’s lying in her bed
Still breathing but she’s wishing she was dead
She’s dancing round the place
The biggest smile across her face

She goes from high to low
Her own self is her greatest foe
Her mother cries at night
Just wishing her daughter would be alright

Her brother plays her songs
Praying that his sister’s never gone
They are why she fights
To stay alive every day and night

She’s allowed to scream and cry
But never can she say goodbye
Tomorrow’s a new day
And maybe by then she will be ok

Her mind might be hell
But her spirit is stronger, can’t you tell?
And she will get through fine
100%, just give it time.
