Great strides have been made in recent years in the fight against mental health stigma, but there is still a very long road ahead of us. When those in the public eye speak out openly and honestly about their own mental health struggles it helps to chip away at this stigma. It shows that anyone can be vulnerable to mental health conditions. depression, anxiety, bi-polar etc do not respect status, bank accounts, fame etc.
