There is a Hell. Believe Me, I've Seen It

By Emma Galligan

The mind can be such a dangerous thing, and sadly some of us don’t get the choice to decide how it works.
A lot of us feel such intense feelings of negativity that we wouldn’t wish them on our own worst enemy.

The mind destructs and your body wants to follow, and that is when you hit the lowest of the low.
Hell becomes your reality, your thoughts consume you and the only way is out.

There is a Hell, I’ve Seen It

Believe me, I know that feeling, the fakeness of reality. The people you push away, the pleasure in isolation. I also know the seduction of wanting to take away the pain; then there is the endless flow of tears and the complete self-loathing, all of which lead to the SELF-DESTRUCTION.

You Have Found Yourself in Hell

And you’ve found yourself in hell, in the truest form of the word.

The devil everyone talks about has seeped into your mind. He haunts you and grasps at any hope you think you have, to be happy or even to live.

Some Words of Hope

As a person who has survived all the above, I will say one thing:

To hope
Hang on to anybody you think will hear your pleas.
To the life that you deserve.
HANG ON to the pleasure in even the littlest things.
Simply, HANG ON!!!!

Just hang on, until one day you can see the light and realise YOU too deserve to be here. That YOU too deserve to be happy.
