The NHS says one in four of us will experience some kind of mental health problem in our lifetime.

There are fears that cuts to mental health services are putting patients’ lives at risk.

One of the hardest aspects can be talking about it in the first place or having a conversation with friends and family.

But it can be tough on the other side too.
